Specialised Transport Company – LOGA Integration with au2mator Portal

Challenge

The company used LOGA as their HR system but had no automated process for synchronizing data with Active Directory. New employees required manual entry, and data changes were delayed and error-prone.

Solution

The au2mator portal was deployed in two ways: first as an intelligent onboarding form – LOGA delivers new hire data, au2mator prepares it and generates a pre-filled form that IT simply completes with roles and details. Second as a direct API interface – LOGA triggers the au2mator API, which then automatically and reliably writes data from LOGA into Active Directory.
