Leading plastics processing company in Austria: Zero-Touch On- and Offboarding via API

Challenge

Polytec already had an au2mator-based on-/offboarding process, but it required manual triggering. The goal was a fully automated process that runs without any user interaction.

Solution

au2mator created an API interface through which the HR system transmits onboarding and offboarding data directly. System Center Orchestrator automatically processes the data - the user is created or deactivated without anyone having to open a form.
