Challenge

OWL IT managed group permissions through manual IT tickets, including manual approvals and manual assignments - a time-consuming process that was error-prone and did not scale.

Solution

au2mator implemented a group and service management portal: employees can see all available roles and request them directly. The group manager approves the requests, and System Center Orchestrator automatically executes the assignment - across domains and forests.
