Challenge

Heinzel ran user onboarding via a manually executed PowerShell script - error-prone, not user-friendly, and without any status feedback to the ticket system.

Solution

au2mator created an onboarding form that reads user data directly from the Jira onboarding checklist. PowerShell creates the user in Active Directory, Entra ID, and other systems, then automatically writes the result back to Jira - including a notification to the requester.
