Challenge

Greiwing had no central control over out-of-office messages - each employee managed their absence notifications individually, resulting in inconsistent texts and poor corporate representation.

Solution

au2mator implemented a centralized OOF management portal: employees plan and manage their out-of-office messages via a form, a SQL helper database stores the entries, and PowerShell automatically applies all changes.
