A structured process for lifecycle management was missing: no regulated onboarding, no access control, no automatic deactivation of expired accounts.","solution_text":"Using the External User Management module of the au2mator portal, a complete lifecycle was implemented. Department heads and key users can request external users \u2013 upon approval, the user is automatically created with all required permissions. An internal manager is assigned and must regularly renew access (maximum 1 year). Without renewal, the system automatically deactivates the user.
