Joiner/Mover Directly from the HR System: How We Integrated LOGA

In many companies, the joiner/mover/leaver process starts in the HR system – but it can take days before the information reaches IT. Or the data gets transferred incorrectly. We solved this for a customer using LOGA as their HR system.

The Challenge

LOGA contained all relevant HR data, but the IT process was triggered manually. Service desk staff were re-typing data, introducing errors, and the whole process took too long.

The Solution

We integrated the au2mator API to receive data directly from LOGA via Talend. The logic automatically determines whether it’s a joiner, mover, or leaver. The result: a pre-filled form for the service desk. Only the gaps need to be filled in manually. The rest runs automatically.

The Result

Higher data quality, faster delivery, fewer errors. The service desk is relieved, and HR changes reach IT quickly.
